Having problems losing that weight?
Are you a person that you have tried everything from Atkins to the South Beach Diet? I know I am one of those people. I have been overweight for all my life. I have tried everything. From pills to the PEP plan, Weight Watchers, and crash diets, pre-package diets…etc You name it, I have tried it, and nothing seems to be working for me. Until now. I was surfing the web one day cause I am tried of being tired and not having any energy. This product is new on the market, so you know when something new comes out, you have to try it right? This is called Strip That Fat. I find it very interesting. This tells you how to lose that weight and keep it off. Lots of different idea on how to count that calories to exercising. I think this is the best program I have tried in YEARS. I love it. I have lost 8 pounds in 9 days. I eat what the program tells me to do. I get my energy from fruit and protein throughout the day. I never thought an apple would fill me up….lol but it does. I choose my portions very well to. I eat 7 times a day, but not a full mean. Yogurt, fruit, peanut butter, pretzels (without the salt.) It will take some time, but I know my weight will come off. Give yourself some credit. It takes will power and I know we all can do it. Don’t get discouraged if you are on a plateau, it will take time. Keep your head up!!!
